INTERNAL MARKETING

Values on display.

When we heard that our local fire department was looking to do some internal marketing to boost awareness of their core values, we jumped onboard to help. The need materialized as a series of posters focused on Plano Fire-Rescue's "10 Core Qualities."

We created a bold contrasting design that showcased each core quality and made use of archival photography – capturing the spirit of both the 10 Core Qualities and the first responders who live by them. The final posters were printed on a brushed aluminum substrate, giving them an almost indestructible appearance. They currently hang in the engine bays and living areas of the Plano's 14 ladder stations.
