The future is waiting.
TTI wasn't competing visually or from a messaging perspective when they attended college job fairs. Though their career and cultural offerings are comparable, the products they specialize in just didn't have the sex appeal of companies like Boeing, and Raytheon. Our answer was a compelling visual message that spoke to the broad possibilities of a career with TTI – with supporting content and collateral focusing on the industries and customers the company touches, and its worldwide operations.
In support of the dramatic display, we created an informative takeaway piece and a presentation that TTI's recruiters used as a part of their candidate interview process while at the show.
